All shipping is free on basket value of Rs. 300 and more. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, COD is not available.

How to place a Return / Exchange request?

1. Visit the Return / Exchange Request section on the website/reach on WhatsApp.
2. Submit the required details.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Note: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pickup will be done in 2–3 working days. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.

Are there additional charges for returns/exchange?

Yes, a reverse shipment fee of INR 100 is levied at the time of refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated Delivery: 1-3 days (Delhi), 2-6 days (Other States). Some pin codes may take longer.

How will I know if my order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message. Please check spam folder in your email.

What if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

If delayed beyond 7–10 working days, contact Instagram or WhatsApp. We will assist promptly.

Are there shipping charges?

All shipping is free on basket value of Rs. 300 and more.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we only ship within India.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancel within 1 hours of placing via WhatsApp or the cancel order button in your confirmation message.

How do I return/exchange a product?

Visit the returns section or contact on WhatsApp. Pack product in original packaging with tags and hand it to our courier. Refund/exchange processed after QC. Handling fee: INR 100.

⚠️ Sale orders or free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Notify within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. Contact:

What if I receive the wrong product?

Raise a return request via website/app. Wrong items will be replaced or refunded after verification.

Within how many days can I return my order?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

When will I get my replacement?

Reverse pickup: 2–3 days.
Warehouse QC: 7–10 days.
Refund/exchange initiated: within 72 hours.
Delivery of replacement: 7–10 working days.

Which items cannot be returned?

Innerwear, socks, sunglasses, accessories, perfumes, face masks, and free products from promotions.

When will I get my refund?

Refund starts after QC. Total time: 7–10 days to warehouse + 72 hours for processing. Refund depends on the original payment method.

Sizing Help – How do I determine the correct size?

Check the SIZE CHART on the product page for measurements and fit information.

Payments – My payment was deducted but order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

Payments are usually refunded in 2–3 business days. If not, send transaction details via:
