📅 Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after this period.
✅ Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable products, gift cards, some health and personal care items, and promotional/free items cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds for sale or discounted items may be issued as store credit.
🔄 Exchanges: We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged.
🚚 Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos via Instagram (@satisfiedmorning) or WhatsApp (+91 8010052652).
🎁 Gifts: If the item was sent as a gift directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive it back. If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will go to them.
